Directly manage an extensive client base, each presenting their own set of unique challenges and complexities

Expand your advanced technical acumen in the U.S. individual tax field
Make pivotal decisions, demonstrating your ability to work both independently and with minimal supervision
Mentor and nurture the professional development of junior associates, creating a supportive learning environment
Collaborate with our enthusiastic team, bringing your leadership and expertise to the table

3-5 years of comprehensive experience in the U.S. individual tax field
Advanced technical proficiency and well-developed skills in U.S. taxation
Exceptional decision-making capabilities, demonstrating a level of confidence and experience that allows for critical, independent judgments.
Demonstrated mentorship or leadership skills, particularly in a tax environment
