AGAT Software is seeking a full-time Support Engineer to provide on-site technical and customer support for its data protection and AI solutions in Jerusalem. This position will involve working with customers to troubleshoot issues and find solutions to their technical problems. Other responsibilities include acting as the point of contact for escalations, working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement fixes, and contributing to the company’s knowledge base.
Tier 3-4 support for customers deploying and using AGAT’s cyber and AI products on-prem and SaaS.
Supporting large international enterprise customers with high-security requirements
Install and configure products at the customer environment in POC
Maintain cloud (AWS) and on-prem environments
Post articles, tips, KB, and guides of the product
Take part in system tasks – building environments, Firewall, mails, DNS, remote access, AntiVrus, AntiSpam, backups, DB, Windows and Linux, VMWare, Azure, and Google cloud Building complex lab environments with integration to other leading security products.
No extra hours are needed.
The position is in Jerusalem (Hozvim hi-tech park)

Living in the Jerusalem area
Regular working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a weekly shift extending from 12 PM to 9 PM; occasional off-hour duties may also be required
Experience in a technical support role (preferably in a software or SaaS environment)
