Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, focusing on software product solutions in the Automotive and Cyber sectors
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, targeting key accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and prioritizing their needs
Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and discussions to effectively showcase software products to clients and bring back feedback to improve the product
Analyze client requirements and map them to the technical capabilities of the software products
Identify how the software can address specific customer needs and provide value-added solutions
Collaborate with the development team to provide valuable input on product development based on customer feedback and market trends
Provide technical support to clients during the sales process, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential areas for product development or improvement
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, leveraging resources at each stage of the opportunity funnel
Engage in intelligent conversations with customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of the software products and building credibility
Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, ensuring coordination to meet customer requirements and expectations

Proven track record in leading long sales cycles and driving business development of software products, preferably in the Automotive and Cyber sectors
Demonstrated success in managing accounts and providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Technical background, with a solid understanding of software products and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
Strong understanding of the sales and product pipeline, with experience in leveraging marketing initiatives at each stage of the opportunity funnel
Demonstrated experience in delivering technical presentations
Ability to understand and address technical integration challenges that may arise during the implementation process
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative approach to business development
High level of English; additional languages are an advantage
Results-oriented and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and advance in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with the intensity and demands of working in a startup environment
