Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members to ensure their growth and productivity
Manage a global team of 4 developers, backend and frontend engineers
Collaborate with other teams for software integration and deployment
Code review including rewriting historical code to new, sharp code
Lead all aspects of test design and execution, both manual and automated, for multiple assigned projects
Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring maximum quality and effectiveness
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Understand complex systems and technology
Suggest and organize team-building activities to foster collaboration and morale
דרישות התפקיד
5+ years of experience at .NET Framework or .NET core
2+ years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in the software development field
Strong technical background and proficiency in relevant technologies
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
Experience with docker, containers and kubernetes
Experience in building scalable, high availability systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management, Decision-making skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Advantage – experience with Azure API management
