A Jerusalem-based company manufacturing inertial components for the security market is seeking a Production Manager for all company products. The role includes responsibility for the manufacturing processes of electro-mechanical systems, managing the production team, implementing new production management software, and working with development to transfer new products into production. Deep understanding of electro-mechanical products with an advantage in the military sector is required

Mechanical Engineer, mandatory
Full-time position
At least 5 years of experience in managing a production team of at least 5 employees
Reading blueprints and planning manufacturing facilities
Managing production schedules
Understanding manufacturing processes: bonding, welding, dynamic axis alignment
Knowledge of systems containing engines, actuators, electronics
Security and/ or defense market, advantage
Preference for a Production Manager of a small company
