The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Commercial team with various strategic and tactical elements of the marketing plan. The Marketing Specialist will report to and work closely with the VP Marketing, and other Commercial team members, to ensure that various marketing and commercial initiatives/projects are completed in a timely manner and on budget

The Marketing Specialist position is an exciting growth opportunity but is also a very demanding role that requires a diverse skill set including creativity, multitasking, impeccable attention to detail, superior communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Success in this role will undoubtedly result in rapid professional growth and advancement at Alpha Tau

Key responsibilities of the position include

 Ownership of a clinical indication stream from project initiation to commercialization

 Clinical indication and product Strategy: Take part in the definition of Alpha Tau’s product and clinical solution strategy, roadmap planning, go-to-market strategy, target markets and positioning

 Clinical support: work with clinical operation team to support clinical trial patient enrollment. Develop assets and be part of the digital and social media team effort

 Customer engagement: Be trained and fluent on all aspects of our technology to be able to support exhibition booth activities such as engaging customers, etc. Co-ordinate various customer engagement activities (such as dinners, roundtables, etc.)

Commercialization: Lead commercialization activities to include product launches, pricing, packaging, branding, documentation, etc

 Market Requirements: Develop market requirements around the various markets in which Alpha Tau’s participates for new products and solutions. Work to gather voice of customer and requirements

Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams and partners with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell Alpha Tau’s products. Development and creation of digital assets, such as video demos/tutorials/testimonials, brochures, solution overviews, case studies, data sheets, white papers, infographics and presentations. Define demo tools and conduct product training sessions

Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience. Ensure that the unique value propositions of the product are effectively communicated

Marketing Communications: Collaborate tightly with VP marketing and digital team to develop and plan campaigns, events/tradeshows, digital content and Webinars. Produce and refine compelling content, ensuring consistent messaging across our channels

Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the competition and adjust product strategies and messaging as needed to maintain a competitive edge

Metrics and Analytics: Track and measure product performance and success using key performance indicators (KPIs)

 Digital Platforms & Social Media: Work closely with digital team to develop content, run campaigns and monitor all digital activities related to the clinical indication and product

Industry Knowledge: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional organizations. Identify trends and market information and use it to develop actionable

An undergraduate degree (in a relevant discipline such as science, marketing and/or finance), is required. In addition, the successful candidate will have

 Ability to exhibit solid judgement as demonstrated by a real world, hands-on track record in marketing- and launch success

 Expert level proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a working knowledge with other common project planning software and the SalesForce CRM

 Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Goals, Strategic Planning and Implementation

 Ability to travel at least 15-20% of the time including internationally

 English: Full Professional Proficiency
