Responsibilities
- Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes and designs
- Leverage user testing to make product improvements
- Research users and business needs
- Analyze and understand complex systems and the product lifecycle.
- Craft simple and intuitive solutions for complex process and business problems,through sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, other designers and third-party vendors to understand the project
- Find creative ways to solve UX riddles and challenges
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
- Understand and translate strategic company goals, business requirements, and user tasks and expectations into compelling user experiences.
- Prepare wireframes and/or storyboards. Review with key stakeholders, make adjustments based on feedback and obtain final approval.
- Manage external local design resources for multiple projects- professional outputs, requirements, timeline & budget

- 10+ years of experience inInteractiondesign with a strong proof of work to prove your individual contribution
- 3+ years in leading a design/user experience/product team, with a hands-on approach through complex user-experience design processes- an advantage.
- Ability to take on a design challenge and think through the solution in terms of business impact, user experience and engineering overhead
- Appreciation and proven usage of UI/UX best practices with hands-on experience in UXdesign process
- Exceptional communication skills, collaborating with Tech, Product and Marketing teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-task with multiple priorities and tight timeframes.
- Fluent English both speaking and writing. Ability to articulate complex ideas in writing and orally.
- Ability to collaborate in an effective manner, ensuring a conducive work environment while capitalizing on each-others skills. Work with other designers, engineering teams and product management to drive through design ideas.
- Familiarity with Agile systems and able to proactively take up market insights
- Substantial experience with familiarity of design principles applicable across multiple devices and platforms
- Self-managed with high degree of ownership, accountability and work ethics. Can accurately estimate the impact, work load and delivery timelines for a predictable development plan
- Have passion for great user experience that impacts the business.
- Experience working in an international B2B company – an advantage
- Experiencein building prototypes in Axure – an advantage
