Solargik is hiring a Tier 2 Technical Support Team Lead
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated leader to guide our growing team and own key technical workflows. In this high-impact role, you’ll bridge between departments, support field teams, manage systems and updates, and help shape the customer experience

What will YOU do
Lead, mentor, and support the Tier 2 technical support team, driving performance and aligning with company objectives
Work directly with field teams to monitor site behaviour and coordinate physical inspections when required
Take part in the end-to-end commissioning process—from on-site component installation to successful site activation
Develop and refine operational procedures, using platforms such as Jira, Slack, Monday and more
Continuously optimize support processes to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
