Tier 2 Support Analyst

תיאור התפקיד

  • Be part of a dynamic global team of support analysts for Primo
  • Answer support queries
  • Interact with development and product implementation teams
  • Manage support tasks
  • Become a KDE (knowledge domain expert) in specific areas within the Primo software
  • Provide instructions for the implementation of technical solutions for a growing customer base of academic and national libraries
  • Residency in Jerusalem area – an advantage

דרישות התפקיד

  • B.Sc. or B.A.
  • Advantage to MA in Library and Information Science
  • Knowledge of information systems;
  • Practical experience in a library or information environment
  • Knowledge of HTML, SQL, CSS, Unix
  • Experience in customer communication
  • Knowledge and understanding of Primo – an advantage
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira – an advantage
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Analytical thinking, initiative, independent
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work hard and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work as on caller from home
  • English at a very high level a must
  • Reporting to Primo Application Support Team Leader
