The primary focus of this position will be investigating, repairing and servicing devices returned to the Jerusalem Technical Service site as part of Medtronic’s Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (MITG).
Jerusalem Service’s main goal is to work together as a team to provide customers with high quality products and information within a short time.
Use schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or work instructions to perform testing, investigations and repair for and on electronic or mechanical boards, components or devices
Follow technical procedures while adhering to quality and compliance regulations and following detailed and regulated documentation practices
Preform technical and record keeping duties
Conduct laboratory support functions such as arranging and/or dismantling apparatus; may perform calibration and maintenance on equipment
BSc/ Practical engineer in EE/ Mechanical
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in perform testing, investigations and repair for and on electronic or mechanical boards, components or devices.
English – high proficiency
Good writing and documentation skills
Knowledge of Priority
Experience working in a global environment
Medical device experience – specifically, hands-on experience with cardiovascular or respiratory devices
