Technical Delivery Manager

תיאור התפקיד

  • Prepares project plans and Statement/s of Work (SOWs) for customer integrations/implementations and ensures deliveries based on them
  • Performs system analysis as part of product implementations
  • Performs and coordinates setup and configuration of project integrations based on defined campusM offerings and customer inputs
  • Analyzes and troubleshoots reported issues and requests and provides first tier support to customers
  • Coordinates implementation activities extensively with other teams including R&D, Cloud Services, Support, Sales and Product Management
  • Performs and documents implementation tasks using globally defined procedures and systems.
  • Ensures customer success by providing both reactive support and pro-active services to enable the customer to successfully implement and deploy product solutions
  • Mitigates technical dependencies and roadblocks to ensure a successful implementation and deployment
  • Serves as first point of escalation for customer concerns relating to both project-level and technical issues and provides oversight and leadership for resolution during project implementation.
  • Provides customers with technical product advice by liaising with remote development and product teams
  • Maintains a high level of awareness and ability to demonstrate key aspects of the evolving campusM solution

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field, such as Computer Science or Industrial Engineering, plus at least 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven project management abilities, including strong communication and presentation skills
  • Technical understanding of software integrations, web services and industry standard software concepts
  • Customer service experience in a business/technical environment
  • Excellent analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to learn new information quickly and keep up with rapidly changing products and processes
  • Ability to cope well under pressure and with uncertainty
  • Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances
  • Ability to drive for results to meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Apache Tomcat and Apache Server.
  • SQL knowledge, ideally Oracle, MS SQL or MySQL.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML.
  • Experience with mobile, cloud-based or SaaS products.
  • Java and web service deployment and/or support experience (SOAP/REST/JDBC/SPRING/WSDL)
  • English at a very high level both written and spoken
  • Occasional travel may be required
