To thrive in this role, you should possess
3-5 years of comprehensive experience in the U.S. individual tax field
Advanced technical proficiency and well-developed skills in U.S. taxation
Exceptional decision-making capabilities, demonstrating a level of confidence and experience that allows for critical, independent judgments
Demonstrated mentorship or leadership skills, particularly in a tax environment
