Senior Call Center Sales Representative

תיאור התפקיד

  • Organize shift schedules for team members, Monitor attendance, tardiness and time off.
  • Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
  • Encourage team work within the sales team and be an example to other sales professionals
  • Reach quotas for team target call volume and numbers of leads qualified.
  • Conduct a structured qualification survey and conversation with leads through outbound phone calls.
  • Assign leads to field sales team members and/or partners as directed by the manager.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports in CRM systems and in person.
  • Learn and maintain full knowledge of OrCam products.

  • Management experience
  • Experience working in a sales center – An advantage
  • Must be available to work US working hours (16:00-01:00 IL TIME).
  • Must be fluent in English and Hebrew
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Experience in sales account management \ customer success
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success
