Regional Sales Manager – Mid‑Level

As an Inter manage a global network of Distributors and Resellers

In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales.national Sales Manager at Ophir Instruments, you will partner with the Sales team to

Manage, develop and expand business activity with international and regional distributors and resellers

Provide training, sales enablement and product knowledge support to international partners

Monitor distributors’ performance and implement corrective actions when needed

Learn and understand current and future international market trends

Travel Requirements: This position requires international travel, up to 4–5 times a year

דרישות התפקיד

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in international sales – mandatory
(hands-on experience working with global distributors and customers)

Demonstrated success in managing and developing international distributor networks

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities in a cross-cultural environment

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across multiple regions
