Lidwave, a young Jerusalem-based startup with a promising product, is looking for a part-time
Purchasing & Accounts Coordinator
Responsibilities
Vendor management: Prepare & send purchase orders, track deliveries, and update
statuses
Invoice management: Collect and organize invoices; work with Accounting / company’s
CFO
Payments: Track and monitor payments to vendors and from customers
Shipping & logistics: Responsible for receiving equipment, arranging shipments, and
tracking deliveries
Reports: Assist in preparing quarterly reports for the Israel Innovation Authority and
reports for investors
Payroll: Organize information for the payroll accountant

דרישות התפקיד

Previous experience in purchasing and accounting (3+ years)
Attention to detail; strong organization and order
High-level English (speaking/reading/writing)
Bookkeeping certificate Type 1+2 – a significant advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive, problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn additional systems
Availability for a part-time (50%) on-site role at the company offices in Har Hotzvim
Location: Jerusalem, Har Hotzvim
