Project Manager

תיאור התפקיד

  • Responsibility for a customer relationship, from pre-sales through on-boarding to operations.
  • Work with other Synamedia Pre-sales, Architecture, Engineering and Delivery functions to define scope, plan, estimate and price new feature requests, projects and change requests.
  • Responsible for Solution delivery ensuring that contractual commitments are met, and business goals achieved.
  • Responsible for full project life cycle governance ensuring thorough management of risks, issues and cost control; upward reporting and managing customer escalations.
  • Adhering to the Synamedia Project Management processes.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with other Synamedia functions so that you can be an effective advocate for our customer.

דרישות התפקיד

  • Three years of Project Manager experience of delivering complex software solutions to external customers. Broadcast & Video experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Process driven with attention to detail.
  • A self-starter, working with minimal supervision, trusted and wanting to take on a high degree of responsibility.
  • Customer and stakeholder Management.
  • Project leadership in a matrixed multi-cultural organization.
  • Willingness to take full accountability, influencing and negotiating with other functions to achieve results.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English & Hebrew.
  • Strong communications and presentations skills, impactful and professional.
  • Ability to operate in a very dynamic environment.
  • Contractual awareness.
