A Day in the Life
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for acting as one of a team member in several engineering projects,

Will work side by side with Project Managers and Engineers to assist the team with coordination and documentation.

Create and maintain with the project manager a project schedule

Schedule and coordinate project meetings to create, publish and track meeting minutes and action items

Coordinates between the different functions (internal and external), which supports project needs (R&D, Marketing, QA, RA, OPS, Sourcing, Service, etc.)

Support Project Managers in maintaining project schedule

Initiates and tracks project purchase orders (POs) and invoices

Tracks and analyze financial expense (Expenses, Materials, and Capital)

High familiarity with Operational and development processes and procedures

Generate and track project change order (ECOs) in PLM system

Build and manage project Design Master Recorded (Work instruction, Bill of material- BOM, Flow charts, Equipment files and validations)

Manage and coordinate on going tasks internally and with contract manufacturers and suppliers.

Must Have:


Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent degree in Business Management, Engineering or other related field of study


2-4 years of experience in a project coordination/administration position

Experience in generate coordinate, track, proof, and finalize project documents and to ensure all project

Experience with processes which require rigorous documentation

Experience in generate reports from various data sources with minimal supervision

Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to have:

Medical device background preferred with experience of FDA Design Control

Proficiency of the Agile Change Order Process (ECO) and the agile software

Experience in a global and multi-site organization
