תיאור התפקיד
In this role you will –
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary programs for various defense applications, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a range of production programs – coordinate production and deliveries to customers.
- Manage program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure alignment with strategic goals, budget, and timelines.
- Interface with engineering, operations, R&D, finance, and external partners (customer and subcontractors) domestic and international.
- Prepare and present program status to executive leadership and customers.
- Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and contractual domains.

Role requirements –
- 2-3 years experience in program management, or similar roles.
- Experience with products involving HW assembly and integration, and HW deliveries to customers.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical programs – an advantage.
- Academic degree in Engineering
- Results oriented and self-driven manager.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in agile work environment – an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
