This role is for an experienced Product Marketer seeking a new challenge in the video security market. Our mission in the Product Marketing team is to develop and communicate our value proposition to customers, partners and our target markets, as well as lead the sales enablement activities our commercial teams require to succeed. In this role, reporting to our Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will work with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to be the Product Marketing lead for one Synamedia’s most important and strategic products.
- Lead product marketing strategy and execution, including definition of the value proposition for customers and sales
- Work with Marketing to build and execute effective marketing plans and campaigns that achieve Synamedia’s business and marketing objectives
- Work with Product Management to understand features, functionality and value of the product and translate to market facing value propositions
- Lead Sales enablement activities and work with Sales to understand their collateral and go to market needs
- Be the go to resource and source of truth for product information
- Lead the generation of product collateral including presentations, factsheets, leaflets, web and social content
- Represent the Security product suite at trade shows and customer and market facing events, analyst and PR sessions.
Lead demonstration specification activity and carry out demos at market and customer
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, either in a video/media environment or in the cybersecurity industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working with technical and product resources as well as sales and other commercial functions
- A self-starter can do attitude that identifies a need and executes
- Fluent English
