Lightricks is looking for a Junior Online Campaign Manager to join the Performance Marketing team!
This position offers individuals with analytical thinking and passion for marketing the opportunity to jump-start their marketing career with one of the most promising, well-funded and profitable companies in Israel.
- Actively manage and carry out large-scale campaigns via various online advertising platforms
- Develop benchmarks, set goals, track and report performance (spend, sales, KPIs, etc.)
- Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth
- Test, monitor and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs
- Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platforms developments
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, Strong Excel skills
- B.A. in a relevant field (communications, statistics, business, etc) – a plus
- Diligent, proactive, highly organized team player
- Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently, take initiative to find answers and make informed decisions
- Understanding of subscription-based business models – a plus
- Experience working with excel
- High level of English
