Human Resources & Office Manager

Condor Pacific Ltd. is a Jerusalem-based high-tech company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced inertial systems for the defense and aerospace industries. We are seeking a Human Resources & Office Manager to join our team

· End-to-end HR activities, including recruitment (sourcing and interviewing) and onboarding

· Employee experience and welfare, including planning and coordinating company events, trips, BBQs and happy hours

Office management, including coordination of shipments and daily operations such as lunch orders, office supplies and general facilities needs

 Export control and regulatory coordination (API – Israeli Defense Export Control Agency), including learning and managing outgoing shipments, import/export processes and marketing licenses with the relevant authorities

· Onsite role

· Bachelor’s degree – required· At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR / Office Manager

/ Operations role

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

· High level of responsibility, service orientation and attention to detail
