We are looking for an HRBP to join our HR team and to partner with our global Sales team, while we’re expanding our services around the world and launching new products, activities, and partnerships.

As a global HRBP, you will be supporting our sales managers and teams to successfully scale our business, evolve our culture as we continue to grow, and enable our teams to go above and beyond.

  • Responsibility for the sales team’s full employee life cycle – from recruitment, through onboarding, career development to offboarding.
  • Design, lead and execute global HR projects, programs, and processes in all HR domains: team structure, leadership development, performance review, talent management & retention, recognition, compensation & benefits, etc.
  • Operate local employment engagement, termination & benefits processes.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Proactively assess the team and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Leading cross-country initiatives and projects in future HR and future workforce management by interfacing with multiple global partners.

Job requirements

  • B.A in a related field from a leading institution.
  • 8+ years of experience in various HR Functions in global Tech companies.
  • Excellent & Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional project management and execution skills, with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, charismatic, professional, motivated, organized, and responsible individual with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Experience working under high pressure and tight deadlines.
