:In this role, you will
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Identifying and prioritizing the most important industries and clients within the B2C process
- Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients
- Hire and manage sales representatives as needed as experts across the e-commerce channel
- Build and optimize compensation plans for sales representatives
- Implement growth strategies at the account and category level for inclusion in the segment’s overarching long-range plan
- Establish and execute against KPI metrics (targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives) set in tandem with leadership

5+ years of experience in sales
3+ experience in sales management (At least team of 10 employees)
Experience selling SAAS analytics platforms
Ability to lead a diverse group of sales representatives
Develop and executed strategy as a player-coach to deliver meaningful results
Create a sales pipeline management process in a CRM tool such as Salesforce
Experience using data and tools to conduct analysis, drive insights, and create actionable improvements
Availability to work in flexible hours
