Financial Manager – Job Description
InZiv was founded in 2018 to address the critical quality assurance needs facing today’s most advanced display manufacturers, by developing highly specialized inspection equipment using proprietary nanoscale optics and metrology. The company’s portfolio extends to microLED, QLED and OLED technologies with the goal of providing state of the art tools for improving the manufacturing process, lowering production costs, and enabling greater access to the use of these displays by all consumers
We are growing (!) and seeking a Financial Manager to join our ranks and lead all financial activities of the company. In this position you will report to the CEO and be a member of the management team
The chosen candidate for this position is someone who’s not afraid to get his or her hands dirty with hands-on tasks while, in parallel, speaking to investors and preparing future rounds of fundraising
Responsibilities
- Create a strong financial infrastructure to support the company’s business and growth
- Lead and execute all cash flow, financial planning, and taxation issues and activities
- Lead the forecasting processes (cash, revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses) and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual period closings, as well as quarterly report presentations to senior management and board of director meetings
- Lead the financial efforts of the company’s next round of fundraising
- Monitor, control and adjust budget plan vs. actual
- Reviewing all formal finance, legal, HR and IT related procedures
- Establishing and developing relations with external partners and stakeholders
- Manage bank relationships and worldwide bank accounts
- Prepare and manage grants applications
- Collaborate with the Operations team to provide financial business support, including equipment planning, inventory management and optimization, cost accounting, gross margin analysis, logistics and operational spending, and purchasing/ planner support
- Full responsibility of salaries and pension funds for all employees

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA – a must
- Experience with managing outsourced bookkeeping and salary controllers services
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a Director/VP of Finance in a multidisciplinary hardware start-up company with a global financial operation or corporate subsidiaries/entities
- Alumni of one of the big 4 accounting firms
- Excellent English (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent Excel and Office skills
- Fluent in Priority
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Hands on, roll up your sleeves approach to life in general
- Experience with Semiconductor companies – preferred
- Operational experience – preferred
