Leading a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations
Utilizing your expertise in C++ to facilitate complex problem-solving and code reviews. Ensuring best practices in software development and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Overseeing product planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and product managers, to define project requirements and achieve project goals and timelines

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a
related field
3+ years of experience in modern C++ standards (C++11 and beyond)
Proven experience in team management and leadership within a software development environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Experience in working with C++ 20
Experience in programming in Python
Experience in programming in C#
Knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy concepts
