You are

You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo and know how to authentically and transparently communicate the value prop of working at Cross River. You’re a great storyteller and writer and can create content from blogs to emails to videos, enlisting internal and external content creators

Your track record includes organizing campaigns and building brand awareness. You have a mindset of community building, and you know and want to be hands-on when it comes to content, events, and interaction with internal and external audiences

You will

Partner with internal teams (HR, TA, Ops, PR etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment

Research, partner with, and initiate various collaborations, events, meetups, and fair

Develop content in both English and Hebrew for various purposes

Ensure alignment with the US marketing team by regularly providing and receiving updates

With the US marketing team to provide and receive updates, ensuring alignment

Create a yearly work plan, including goals and measurable KPIs, tracking them quarterly

Analyse social media performance and use insights to refine content strategies

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and strategies to enhance engagement

Be deeply familiar with marketing best practices, drip and engagement campaign strategy, social channel landscape, and measuring for success

Work from our Jerusalem office 3 days a week

2-4 years of experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role – Must

Mother tongue level of both English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills – Must

Ability to present past work examples with measurable effect

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Pinterest, YouTube, and general social media best practices, with a creative approach

Creative problem-solving abilities and a knack for finding innovative solutions

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Team player with a positive, go-to, and professional attitude

Tech savvy

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Analytical and strategic mindset

A plus if you have

Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, and/or Adobe Photoshop
