Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates project deliveries with customers as part of their successful product adoption.

Ensures successful delivery of defined product offerings via clear project plans and methodologies.

Mitigates dependencies and roadblocks to ensure successful initial and ongoing deployment.

Coordinates implementation activities extensively with other internal and customer stakeholders including Technical teams, Sales and Product as well as University IT and student affairs.

Performs and documents tasks using globally defined procedures and systems.

Ensures customers’ product value realization by engaging and building strong relationships and trust with the appropriate University stakeholders.

Provides oversight and leadership in ensuring successful customer adoption at all phases of the post-sale customer lifecycle.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology discipline plus 3 or more years’ related professional experience.
  • Prior experience and a basic understanding of SaaS integrations and industry-standard software concepts.
  • Prior experience in consulting, customer success, or project management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a “customer-centric” approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts in lay teams for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Able to facilitate a resolution to complex challenges with a variety of customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn and stay up-to-date with new information for rapidly evolving solutions and priorities.
  • Strong drive for results to meet deadlines.
