Customer service support. Includes Repair & Recalibration Order processing, updating lead-times and Order confirmations
Manage the entire service process
Coordination with Operation Repair & Recalibration team
On going communication with distributors and end customers
Coordination with logistic team for shipment of ready orders

3+ years experience in a service role Computer skills: Office, Outlook, Excel, ERP system (Ex SAP / Oracle) Capable to communicate in English Team player, open minded and active Motivated, organized and efficient individual Willing to work in a dynamic environment |
