  • BA in Social Science or related field.
  • Dealing with various HR queries throughout the organization and being the first point of contact for Line Managers on HR related queries.
  • Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data
  • Managing the employee life cycle from start to finish.
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation and providing advice and guidance.
  • Driving Employee Engagement through various HR projects
  • Working with key stakeholders to advise on HR operational practices.
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the monthly payroll reports
  • Fluent English and Hebrew
