- BA in Social Science or related field.
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the organization and being the first point of contact for Line Managers on HR related queries.
- Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data
- Managing the employee life cycle from start to finish.
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation and providing advice and guidance.
- Driving Employee Engagement through various HR projects
- Working with key stakeholders to advise on HR operational practices.
- Responsible for the co-ordination of the monthly payroll reports
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.
