Administration and Welfare Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

  • Working at the reception desk, providing service to employees and visitors
  • Managing the budget of welfare projects
  • Establishing, planning, and implementing welfare projects to create a satisfied employee experience
  • Planning and organizing company events, activities, social programs at the strategic and operational stages
  • Working directly with production companies, suppliers, and intra-organizational companies
  • Responsible for the idea and execution of gifts to employees.

Position is temporary, with an option of extending to full time employment

  • Administrative experience- a Must
  • 2 years’ experience in a welfare position from an organization or startup company related to event production-a must
  • Proactivity and independent in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to manage projects and implement multi-interface processes
  • High level of experience with Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • High verbal and written communication skills
  • High service awareness and human relations
  • English speaker

Relevant education:

BA in Social Sciences/Human Resources

Required languages  

High level of Hebrew and English
