תיאור התפקיד

 Ophir Optronics Solutions is a global leader in precision infrared optics, photonics instrumentation and 3D non-contact measurement equipment is looking for a Manager of Inside Sales and Sales Operations.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Inside Sales
• Supervises all Jerusalem-based CSR teams
o Drives best practices across the teams (SAP usage, documentation, etc.)
o Drives efficiency across the teams (cross-training to enable flexible deployment of resources)
• Cooperates with other Sales Operations resources and drives common sales procedures in Salesforce.com (and SAP) – including tools, trainings, dashboards, and overall firm adoption
• Supports local sales management and business unit in annual bookings POR process / budget planning
• Conducts regular analysis of bookings (and sales) data and produces reports of gaps and opportunities
• Recommends modifications to existing reports and leads efforts to create new report designs
• Assists business unit and local sales leadership in monitoring of strategic product and sales initiatives.

 

דרישות התפקיד

Bachelor’s Degree in technology and / or business
• Eight (8) years sales or sales management in a high-tech environment
• Deep understanding of sales organizations, sales processes, and sales methodologies
• Expert research capabilities, analytical skills and business acumen
• Ability to conduct business analysis, identify trends and opportunities
• Excellent communications skills, including ability to present analyses, reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Expert-level capability in SAP, Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
