About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement group & import group. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sourcing electronic, mechanical, or industrial components, and a passion for optimizing supply chain performance
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of buyers including performance management, KPI-driven routines, task and process oversight
· Manage end-to-end procurement of components, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to support business objectives
· Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to align purchasing strategies
· Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation
