There are three committees that oversee the Har Hotzvim Association: Management, Inspection and Finance. These committees are comprised of volunteer representatives from the companies in the industrial zone, the Jerusalem Development Authority, the Manufacturers Association of Israel and the JerusalemMunicipality. They oversee the actions of the association and together decide on different courses of action. The Har Hotzvim Association also employs a bookkeeper and accountant. The Har Hotzvim Association is certified as being an approved association by the Ministry of Justice.
The companies in Har Hotzvim decided that it would be beneficial and justified to join together as one entity in charge of improving the services given to the industries residing in its midth as well as improving the industrial complex itself.
When common interests for a number of companies are represented together to the different authorities, it is possible to move ahead in a more effective and timely manner.
When organizing training courses, professional forums, job fairs, and initiatives forthe employees welfare, there is no other alternatives but to unite all our efforts under one association.
